My regular homeloan specialist Kevin works here and i would highly recommend him. I recently had to refinance two properties, one of them being apart of a settlement. Through this whole process kevin was very helpful and organised even going above and beyond to liaise with settlement agents and lawyers. He was pivotal to my situation being resolved showing geniune care and customer service.

Be careful of the ATM's there. I tried to take out 500 cash out of hrs from one and it has took my money from account but not given me the cash.nThey the merchant are denying all responsibility.nI'm out of pocket by $500 and it's madness that in this day and she this could happen.nThe Commonwealth woman I spoke to 3 times on the the phone kept repeating the same thing... I recently visited Commonwealth Bank joondalup and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Manveer. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional today and even last month. Customer service should be about respect and support, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope the bank takes this feedback seriously and ensures better service in the future.
