Pretty disgusting customer service at Joondalup branch in Lakeside Shopping Centre. Waiting in line to look into opening a significant term deposit for a “customer service” person to come off break, walk straight past me and greet the person who walked into the branch behind me whilst completely ignoring me in the process. Clearly must have not looked important or wealthy enough to have warranted a conversation or even a hello…

Went to the Bankwest ATMs to withdraw some money my card’s with westpac - and without warning the machine “restricted” my card locking it in the ATM. When I went to the Counter to ask what could be done the ladies working there were rude, and unhelpful saying they “couldn’t do anything about it” and that it’s “my card and i should know better”. Keep in mind there were no signs suggesting that I couldn’t use that machine.

The worst customer service ever.  Not only didn't I get any assistance but was told it's my problem and the two of them laughed at me!!

Service Is Junk,Tell You Your Account Is Over Drawn When You Know It's Not, Just To Charge You Scamming Fees, COCKROACHES!Go Back To India.

Syed was incredibly kind and helpful - He went out of his way to assist us despite being very busy.

Occasionally need to pop in to see a staff member for assistance and can't praise them high enough. Exceptional service every time.

Very helpful staff trying to have my issue sorted. I spent 1hour in his office , sadly the main issue couldn't be fixed by the main branch.
