Intimate little and clean cinema with fair prices. Staff were extremely friendly. Also, ignore the last review as the place did not smell like a toilet anywhere
After a covid movie drought it was great to be back. The seats are comfortable and the sound.... awesome
Avit rundown. The place smells like a toilet I'm the foyer. In the cinema itself has a smell. Prices where good . Likely go to Grafton next time
The only cinema in the area unless you go to Byron. A bit old and could do with some renovations but tickets are cheap and overall it is a nice experience
Great experience ! The staff were lovely and the venue was clean . The only struggle was the different sized seating on some rows which made it very uncomfortable for adults so we needed to move to another row of seating in the middle , 9ther than that it was amazing
Went to watch Jurassic World Dominion and the line was almost out the door with people lining up to see Too Gun Maverick. Staff handled the situation promptly and got everyone to where they needed to be. Staff were very friendly. Theatre was comfortable and refreshment counter was well stocked with fast service. Loved my visit here.
We went to redeem our discover vouchers yesterday only to be told “ They were doing them last week “ but are now “ too busy “ I find find it absurd that they refused to exchange government issued vouchers that were still valid. I also find it bewildering that a business would use being “ too busy “ as reason to void honouring the vouchers. I would think a local business would be happy to have the support. Especially every covid. I think it was very poor form and I for one am bitterly disappointed.
I took my daughter to see the new minions movie for her birthday. It was extremely busy and staff seamed over whelmed and stressed with selling tickets, running to see what seats still available and selling snacks. There was a mess on floor where popcorn had been spilt and bins overflowing. Even so, I feel that bad mouthing customers behind the counter was unprofessional and I was spoken rudely to .....because I didnt cut line to order snacks after getting my tickets ordered online off my friend. I think there needed some extra stuff employed to help staff cater for the onslaught of customers to advoid stress of employers and achieve happier customers.
A good place to go relax and enjoy a movie in air-conditioned comfort
Not the greatest cinema. Toilets were not clean. Not really cleaned between sessions.
