Horrendous service, awful staff. Paid $4,000 to have my car fixed... after several thousands of dollars, changed stories of what is actually wrong with my car, emotional stress, and having to quit 2 jobs because of my vehicle... IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. NEVER take your car here, you will regret it! Might i also add that they sold a faulty Amarok, that blew up with two small children in the back seat. VW Ballarat will now not even return their phone calls!!!!
