Completely unimpressed with this dealer. Will be going elsewhere in future. Had first service here and brakes squeaks straight away. Called a few weeks later and left a message- they promised someone would call me back. No one did. It was recommended to bring it in but then when I eventually got round to it a month later busy family life and I don’t drive it regularly and I’m told it will cost$180 to look at. How is that okay when it’s clearly their fault? It squeaked but not that loudly straight after the service.

Only use for warranty issues. The service department is always chaotic and unorganized. Getting hold of the service manager is nearly impossible can't even follow up on staff mistakes.  Edit I have since been contacted by the new Service Manager. Who is dedicated to fixing up and moving the branch forth. He has definitely made an impression on me as a customer that wasn't happy.

The team did a fantastic job of securing me my new car within the timeframe I needed them to. The team were extremely helpful, from finance and now to servicing...Will definitely be going back here to purchase my next car.

We were recently in the used car market and dealt with Isuzu Ute Ballarat. I must congratulate Anthony the Business Manager for the most professional manner in which he dealt with us in the Used Car Division. Today I delta with Adrian and purchased my LDV T-60 Trailrider. Adrian was lovely to deal with and made the whole experience a delight to do business with. 5 stars all the way for being so friendly and great customer service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Really great and friendly service, staff were super helpful and I am very happy with the vehicle as well!

Felt great to be able to buy a car without the usual suspicions attributed to car sales yards. Was fortunate enough to be looked after by Max who saw to it all things were signed and sealed before delivery. Despite being a young buck, he has his head screwed on the right way round and actually checked information for me to save on time at my end. Will return to this place for another vehicle in a few years time and recommend you do the same - AND AND AND the warranty is second to none. Check it out. You really wont be sorry.

Recently sent enquiry on price of new MUX LST, received email saying that someone will contact me shortly.  6 days later no communication received,  just ordered new MUX LST from Epson Isuzu in Bendigo Isuzu.

Shocking to deal with happy to take your money but can't deliver with there Ute's. They can't gave you answer of anything they just sent you are in cycles wish I went someone else to buy my ute

The team at Ballarat Isuzu are always extremely helpful and obliging which any enquires I’ve made. I would highly recommend Ballarat Isuzu for their professionalism and ease of service.
