I recently bought a Clio RS from Ballarat Renault and it was easily the best car-buying experience I’ve had. The guys made everything as easy as it could possibly be! I live in Canberra, so I was a bit worried about buying a car I hadn’t actually seen in the flesh before handing my money over. Dan sent me photo’s of everything and when I picked up the car about a week later, it was exactly as I expected – perfect! The price I paid was also significantly better than any other equivalent car in the country – I’m not tight with my money, but I certainly do my research before committing to a deal. I got a great car at a great price, but more importantly, I got the sort of service I expect when making that sort of investment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan and the guys to anyone. If I’m in the market for another Renault any time soon, I know where I’ll be buying it from! Matt

I would like to shout out a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Daniel and Liam at Renault Ballarat... Not only did you guys make my first experience of buying a new car welcoming, you also understood what I wanted and there was no pressure, you made it easy and I love that. I hate when dealerships make it hard and horrible... I will never buy a car anywhere else and will recommend you both to my family and friends.... I love my new Renault Capture, it rocks!!!!

Courteous, friendly staff providing timely services. They also provide referral services if they cannot provide full services for your vehicle due to its year of manufacture. Very helpful!

Have just taken delivery of a new Renault Megane from Renault Ballarat. Cannot speak too highly of the service that we received. The understanding of our requirements shown by our salesperson Michael was an important factor in helping us to make our decision. At no time were we rushed or pressured. I was very grateful for the genuine offer of after sales assistance if needed to help us learn the many features of our new vehicle. Well done and thank you Michael. Highly recommended.

Thankyou Ballarat Renault, A fantastic,helpful and experienced team helped us get into our 2nd Renault. Best price in country and and all vehicle advertising was exact. We travelled all the way from Brisbane and drove home in a brand new Renault master. We will be back to upgrade our Renault fluence. Cheers David
