I went to this Wendouree branch in February and I was assisted by Maria. She was so very helpful and friendly.nnHer guidance and assistance was outstanding. Commbank, you are lucky to have such a gem  working for you.nnPlease pass on my gratitude to her.nnLovely human.

I’m giving this location a three star and it’s all because of the bank manager. The rest of the staff are rude, have no communication skills and make terrible assumptions about people.nnLuckily I did talk to bank manager and she was super polite and professional about how she dealt with people which saved this review from being a one star. I would like to personally thank her for calling me about the situation and talking to her staff.

Unfortunately i do my banking at this branch. Always get broken notes which they apparently cant be bothered to destroy. Also be careful that you get the right amount that you take out from the teller. The girl gave me $100 less in my transaction. I counted my change after she handed it to me and she impatiently wanted me to move on. Then i realised she was $100 short and she didn't seem to care about it.nStaff is inpatient here and sometimes rude.

Absolutely disgusting service by a certain staff member here this afternoon! Went in to do banking with my elderly grandmother and the staff member was extremely rude! They had an issue allowing myself in to help her due to being busy as she doesn't understand the banking and needed some help! This staff member was disrespectful and very rude to her as she wasn't sure what needed to be done because her husband usually did it! She had no patience nor did she want to help us! No social distancing by this staff member at all!

Went to make a large sum withdrawal in store that could also be made from an ATM and the lady on the floor fl asked:  what I was here for,nMe:  a withdrawalnFl: well are you sure you don't want to use an ATM or you can even get cash out at,the supermarket.nShe didn't even know how much I wanted. Then I proceeded up to the teller who said the same thing.nThe next day I went to change a broken $50 note over as I thought the bank was sent to deal with them as they can be rejected via a store and vending machines etc. But the counter lady just called me fussy. I think this bank needs an attitude adjustment and new customer service training. new due to their attitudes I am going to switch banks.
