As stated by Myself, along with several Gallagher Family member's who own a major building company in Ballarat and other areas of Victoria, along with a very affluent Business Owner who resides just around Lake Wendouree, a certain 'section' of the 'Staff' and the Branch head 'Terry' who would not supply his last name - which is an Illegal Offence to the Customers need to be looked into for their incompetent 'Customer Service' along with allowing a Family Member to have been Illegally 'hacking' into their Elders Bank Account for several years now Mr Ian Afford 'CWB Branch Manager - Ballarat', I have known you for many many years now, thus, maybe it is time you had a chat with your Employees about their Work Ethics And the Customers Account Safety. As many others are happy to now close their Accounts and move them into any other branch, for their Financial and Personal Safety.

Very busy, with a customer ordering system that definitely does not work. Heard a few customers say the same thing.
Some of the staffs are really friendly. The waiting is acceptable, the place is really comfortable.
Asked for crisp bills for a gift new ones and was told I get what I get. Not good. I am a customer of 52 years
Super friendly team that sorted my problem easily and efficiently. Also the wait Time was very reasonable and I was in and out a lot faster than I anticipated
