Turned up at this branch yesterday afternoon and was served by a young lady who was extremely rude, rolling her eyes at a simple request. If this is the best customer service your branch can provide then it might be time to go elsewhere.
Alert about ATM deposit machine in this branch. I Went to branch before picking up my kid and parked at 10 minutes parking spot, thought it only took couple of minutes to deposit money, but it turned out not. There was one customer before me, and then there came another two after me and they were served before me. Don’t how long I need wait, and considering time to pick up kid and my 10 minutes parking, I had to use the deposit machine which was a disaster. I dislike it because the machine can’t talk and you can’t see the process if something went wrong. I put my notes in and don’t know why some notes were returned and some were deposited, but after I calculated there were some notes missing from my best memory. I was so worried but I had to wait very patient while the lady was still serving another customer. Then, I was told she need to count balance for the atm and give me a call. This morning I received call and said they were balanced that means my notes have gone missing. It will never happen If I can deposit over the counter because we can see and talk if anything goes wrong. So please be alert or try to avoid to use deposit machine if you can wait at your best patient and deposit over the counter. And don’t park at 10 minutes, sometimes, it is not enough to make a simple deposit.
I have paid out my home loan and waiting for the title and I have called and left a message 10 times and they do not return calls this is so unprofessional. I do not even think they check there messages. This is so wrong and not customer service
Turn up at 3pm to get a mistake fixed on my loan that was made by the bank only to be told by one of the 3 people standing around in the branch that they shut at 2pm now and to come back tomorrow between 10-2pm! What a joke. Would help if you actually updated your Google hours then if going to just change the goal posts of when people can speak to someone in person considering I was on hold for 2 hours earlier and told to go to a branch. The excuse given was due to Covid....give me a break.
Excellent service from the two women I delt with. I am very happy with the whole experience, I got my new tap n go card, works with GPay. My Fitbit as well.

Great service for big things and small things in branch and we have personal valuables insurance through them and it was so quick and easy to claim !
Staff are super friendly and helpful - from the smallest transaction to house loans, they are great.
