star for the service department who didn't fix our ongoing issue & refused to perform a procedure which has been proven by another Ssangyong repairer interstate.  Felt like third class citizens for having a Ssangyong.  Rude & immovable.  4 stars for the spare parts department who went above & beyond for us.

My Rexton was towed to Beddgoods with a suspected faulty starter motor and a few other warranty issues. Emma was fantastic in organising everything. Well done to the technicians on a great job. Turned out to be the battery which was replaced at a reasonable price. Nice drive to Wendouree from Melbourne was worthwhile. I just wish they were closer to home.
