So stoked with my local Suzuki dealership Kings Cars in Ballarat! Just wanna give them a shout out, I went in for some warranty help. At first glance it was easily brushed off as owners fault, but the experienced service team knew something wasn’t right and pushed their case. Their communication was excellent something often lacking in the automotive world and at end of the day, even if the case failed for warranty, I’d still be happy with all their work.

I recently drove my 2012 MN Triton from Melbourne to Ballarat and noticed the engine warning light was on and the temperature gauge reading high. I limped the vehicle to the service department at Kings Cars and the team diagnosed a known overheating issue were many of these engines have been replaced under warranty. I was concerned that given the age of my vehicle, the kilometres traveled and being years outside the original warranty period that I would be up for a massive repair bill when told that the car needed a new long motor. I left the vehicle with them and continued on my travels and was surprised when I received a call from the service department a couple of days later saying that Mitsubishi Australia would be fully covering the replacement of a new engine at no cost to me. I'm ever so grateful for the way all the service team treated me and the way they were able to put my case to Head Office to cover a warranty which I'm sure they weren't legally obliged to do so. During the whole process they were efficient, communicated clearly what was happening and when. I now have the vehicle back and it is driving as well as ever. With common stories in the media about how some other automotive manufacturers and dealers treat customers and warranty issues, take note how well this organisation treats customers when it comes to backing consumers and standing by their product. This dealership has set a benchmark that well exceeded my expectations.

I encountered worst customer service from general manager. I was been advice by one of shift managers and was promised if I change my number plate with kings car logo they will allow me to wash my car and I did as asked by them. Today I went out to wash my car and the general manager was rude and started shouting at me advising I can’t wash. Being manager you have to calm and respectful. The person who was working today had beard and has worst customer skills.

More than a car yard. Wonderful staff and no car sale pressure. They make buying a car easy.

I have always been so happy with my service from Kings Cars. Today I had to get a head light replaced , this ended up being a brake light as well. I was so pleased with the service I recieved again from Matt, Reg in the spare parts department and from the gorgeouos young lady who greets you when you drive in. Terrific professional service once again,, and only charged for parts, no labour today! :
