We picked up our caravan in October 2021 and it has been in constant use over the last 8 months, we have been extremely happy with the quality of our Franklin G 4 caravan. The service and backup we have received from the team has been exceptional. We would highly recommend BMG caravans to anyone looking to purchase a Franklin caravan!

Hi all. We took our Razor 220 to BMG Caravans in Ballarat for a couple of minor issues. Noisy sirroco fan. Fixed. Replace fridge element. Fixed. Replace broken Anderson plug which I broke. Fantastic effort from the guys there. Always friendly and called us for updates. Thx Aaron and Barry.

We bought our Franklin core from BMG in 2021. Aaron and the team have been terrific, particularly over the last 12 months. We have just finished ‘The Lap’ around Oz and our van has been awesome. When we did need help with the occasional hiccup Aaron made time for us, talking through issues on the phone or arranging assistance for us. He has always been helpful, friendly and patient. We would highly recommend BMG Ballarat

The attention to detail in preparing our second hand purchase was outstanding.  They kept us well informed while waiting for some parts to arrive and tasks to be completed. Genuine old fashioned service that reflects the values of a family business. Thank you Aaron and the team!

We couldn't thank Aaron and his team enough with us buying and receiving our our brand new Franklin Razor 216 caravan, Aaron was so helpful , knowledgeable and friendly with everything. Couldn't recommend him enough. .

What great service! We rang all around looking for someone to fix our water heater. Aaron was the only person who offered to fix it ASAP even though we dont own a Franklin caravan. Aaron and the crew at BMG were extremely helpful, understanding and efficient also had a look at their caravans which look very smart. Worth a look if you are there.

Sep 2021 we picked up our brand new Fantasy Hybrid from BMG Caravans. April 2022 we have returned that van for a refund. The process has been incredibly stressful, disappointing and not to mention the thousands of dollars I am out of pocket. BMG are not willing to compensate for our financial loss loan/interest etc even though it’s within our consumer rights to ask for as per ACCC website. BMG believes they are doing us a favour for refunding the van, ‘it’s more than reasonable.’ The service and end result is most disappointing, absolutely heart broken. My full review of the issues is listed on their Facebook page. I do not recommend Fantasy Caravans, and I do not recommend BMG caravans. The owner of BMG Caravans is happy to show off his expensive Porsche and gloat about importing hundred of thousands dollars worth of engines for his hobby cars, but when it comes to look after the financial loss of his customers, there’s dead silence. Not someone who is passionate about customers, more so someone passionate about getting richer at others expense.

Bought our fist caravan from Aaron and the team at BMG Caravans.  Aaron was excellent.  He went above and beyond to help us  and has a vast  knowledge of the caravan industry. He and the team took time to take us through the vans many features and gave a very comprehensive handover. As our tow vehicle was not ready at the time of delivery, Aaron kindly delivered the van to our home and backed it in.  Would highly recommend  dealing with BMG Caravans. Overall, a great purchase experience.
