I booked my trip with Sander in Flinders street store and it was amazing from start to finish! He really knows his stuff. Not only was I greeted by a lovely team off staff members but when I sat down to plan my trip , one of the girls was off to get a coffee order and ask what I wanted!! i couldn't believe it, getting a coffee when i just walked through the door wow!  i was even more excited to see what this agency can book for me. After being there for around 40 mins I had a amazing trip planned from Melbourne to Cairns with lots of discount and even saved 50% off my NZ bus pass!!!

I will definitely be booking my Asia trip with Sander again and recommending my friends to book here also! 

This just reminded me the level of customer service is one to be endorsed!!

Best guys ever!! Was lost on the street when I met Keira who was at the door of the shop and she helped me out finding my way!! After a little chat we really got along so I got some brochures for my travels.. They had unreal deals on east coast trip so I decided to book my trip with her she was so patient and funny!! Best agent ever, go see her and the rest of their amazing team!

I highly recommend this travel agency. Sander helped me to organise my east coast trip which was amazing. He was really patient and managed to comply all my requests even if I went to his office just one week before the departure!

I can absolutely recommend this agency, and especially Sander, my personal trip advisor. I came in tonight, 10 minutes before closing the shop, but he was so nice to take his time and advised me in a great way and then directly booked all my trips, which took more than 2 hours, it got really late, but he finished everything. All thumbs up, great work and thank you.

brilliant service, Sander and the girls were super helpful planning my New Zealand trip and answered all my questions no problem, would highly recommend, best price and great service.
