I booked ticket thru friends travel melbourne to india return they charge me 980 dollor but i checked the same ticket online the price was 884 include all taxes When i call to the friends travel then they make many excuses didnt accept their fault i will never book with them again and i will suggest my friends not use their service im really unhappy i dont know how many time they charged me extra

Unfortunately i gave them very good review as i didnt know that whats going to happened with me and my family at the Airport. They gave false statements about my daughter visa so i can book ticket with them. I was stopped at the airport because my daughter hold AUSTRALIA Passport. Friend travel told me that there is no need of visa of my daughter as she is just 2 year old . This thing i confirmed with them 4 to 5 times. I had enough time to apply if i knew this thing which can cost me just $60. I spend $450 to get my daughter visa within 12 hrs . I feel humiliated at the Airport because of Friends travel cheating, misguided and false statement. At the airport when i contacted them to ask some help they disconnected my phone. I am going to see lawyer this week to sue them so they can learn lesson. I want my money back plus all the legal cost . This time i am not going to leave this easily. Amarpal Singh .

Vary bad Dont deserve even a single star Bad costumer service I will never book a ticket from these guys They dont know how to make costumer they are just running behind the money I m very unhappy with friends travel

doesn't deserve a single star, very bad customer service, never expected such rude behavior in Australia. and above all they are ripper man !! They lack in product knowledge !! they don't know what they are selling. simply don't know there job.
