Very helpful staff. We required a spare box for our baby seat when travelling. The staff were only too happy to assist with spares they had out back. Keeping it for us over the week so we could collect on the weekend
I'm pretty happy with this place. They are not as large as some of the big chains but they sell all the things we need and most items are competitively priced. Staff offer helpful advice when they are available. Being located in Chatswood is helpful.
Oh so disappointing! First time I found it very slow on service, and the second time I've given this shop a go and the staff so rude and the shop overly priced. I'd suggest going to baby savings in Willoughby much nicer and quicker service or just shopping online!
