Love this place, hate the plastic plants. Food is fresh, cooked well and delicious, good service too. Great coffee. Very spacious means less waiting at peaks times for brunch or lunch.

I was greeted by terrific staff and a lovely industrial designed decor with some greenery. The red velvet pancakes with raspberries were warm soft and fluffy. The back sesame ice cream was a miss for me as it did not mellow well with the pancakes. Overall wonderful service, this place is child friendly and the open space gives out a nice ambience.

HIGH QUALITY COFFEE / CAFE ON BURWOOD ROAD HAWTHORN Nice cafe with a good menu selection. Staff are cheerful and attentive. The space is quite open and you would be fine with a pram or wheelchair. There is a large coffee drip "apparatus" on the counter which is very impressive and for those who've studied chemistry, will remind you of your days in the laboratory. Its OK to just have a coffee if that's all you are after. Not noisy so you can have a business meeting her without straining to hear each other. Seriously good coffee which they roast on premises. Its located on busy Burwood Road but its not that hard to find a carpark on the street for long enough to enjoy a meal. We were visiting beyond blue - just down the street on the same side.

This can be a very busy place at times and a bit noisy. The coffee and food are great and service is efficient and friendly.

So it was lovely, honestly a nice breakfast and coffee was smooth and delightful. I ordered a cappuccino and I guess that means latte now because it was pretty much a latte haha. Still smooth and delicious.
