The Avis hotline advised us to come to the Devonport Airport in order to add drivers to a car we picked up from Launceston. We were told it's staffed until 5pm and we arrived at 4pm. We arrived by 4:30pm and it was unattended. We called the hotline again and got dropped after 15 mins. We called a second time and were told they can't do anything for us
Can not contact anyone at Avis, noone available when I got off my flight to collect the carI had paid for.. Had to book another car from Hertz After hours number no answer .
