Friendly and flexible service, great sporty car that zipped around the east coast with ease. Andrew and the Team at Tassie Car Rentals went out of their way to ensure a car was available upon my arrival at Launceston airport. The communication was excellent, and the car great value for money. Will definitely use next time I'm in Tassie. :)

I rented a 12 seater diesel mini van we affectionately named Bess. Tassie Car rentals were fantastic by delivering right to the airport and collecting from there at no extra charges. Bess the van ran really well and had the guts to get up those mountains in the highlands, and around those very tricky bends. We unfortunately had a bad scrape in the mountains, along Bess's side but Vince was very kind and understanding and let us off with only a minimum extra payment. I would have no hesitations in using Tassie Car Rentals (AKA Rent a Bug) again and highly recommend their service. Carolyn

The car condition was unsatisfactory and some interior part was broken. We did not feel safe to drive for the road trip in Tasmania. The boss Vince promised to refund if we return the car within one hour. However, even though we returned the car within one hour, the boss refused to refund. A total of $594.44 was deducted from my credit card including GPS rental which we did not use it at all. The boss Vince did not keep his promise to refund the money to us.
