Rented numerous times from here, yet more recently it's going downhill. As a preferred customer, there's no express queue so you've got to line up. Cars more recently have high kilometres and excess wear and tear. Check the car tyres. I've had to change car as the tread was poor, certainly not roadworthy. Whilst I didn't question it, as work paid for it, we cancelled a hire car the night before, was still charged for it understandably. Was just surprised they charged us a fuel charge when we didn't use the car. A please explain to Avis customer service certainly led to an entertaining conversation. Suffice to say, found out the car had been rehired out, and I was charged for the other persons fuel.
