Dealt with one of the owners John, really great guy super knowledgeable and friendly couldn't do enough to help. We were looking for an e-bike and we felt a bit overwhelmed having read up on everything but John just helped us out out no end with heaps of great tips and advice. We felt that no question was a silly question and we got the right bike according to our circumstances. I would certainly recommend the My Ride Hastings team.

Both my wife and I got rear-tyre punctures on the bike trail from Clive through Whakatu. The team could not have been more helpful - new tube for me, new tube and tyre for Sue Fitted very quickly and a very reasonable price, great friendly knowledgeable service. You can’t go wrong with My Ride Hastings.

I wanted to say thank you to Ben and the team for the service they gave me which I felt went above and beyond what I expected. I purchased a second hand Avanti bike from a TradeMe customer in their district. I rang Avanti in the off chance to see if they would package and send the bike to Auckland for me. Without hesitation they said yes and quoted a reasonable $80 including courier fees. The bike arrived the next day and had been packaged so well I was very impressed that they had taken the time to packag the bike in a way that every part was protected and cared for during the courier delivery in the box to Auckland. Thank you Avanti Plus Hastings. My next new bike will be bought from you even though I live in Auckland. PhilW.
Took my bike in to have puncture repaired twice. Both times repair lasted less than three days. Didn't clean puncture area properly.
Called in there today toget a problem sorted on my wife’s e-bike. Sorted instantly and NO CHARGE! Wonder service indeed!
