My appointment was forfeited for running 5min late, however timing wasn't a problem when I was kept waiting 20min while they tried to fix the machine. I was so disappointed I didn't even finish my treatments. Talk about double standards.

l have only begun my laser hair removal treatments with Australian Laser and Skin Clinic in Ivanhoe. What can l say, the reception staff and therapists are an absolute pleasure and delight to deal with. I was reassuringly inspired by the level of professional prudence and personal attentiveness. l can genuinely affirm my excellent experience as the reception and therapists were extremely professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, informative and accommodating. l myself have been working in the medical profession for over twenty years, and therefore recognize all the pertinent attributes required to be able to offer an exceptional service across the entire spectrum. Australian Laser and Skin Clinic in Ivanhoe has achieved this!! Keep up the exceptional work and looking forward to the rest of my treatments at the Ivanhoe Clinic. Chris
