This place is a rip off and operates outside Australian consumer law. I bought a treatment for $50 and paid upfront being told this treatment would fix certain skin issues... went to the ‘consult’ appointment which was spent trying to sell me $170 (300% of the treatment cost) of skin products and being told the treatment would not work as promised at time of sale. This was ridiculous that is would need to fork out $170 extra to get what the sales person said the service would provide and asked for a refund (or at least an exchange for other services) which the manager said would not be done as their terms and conditions on sale items do not allow this (this is illegal to remove consumers basic rights with terms on sale services if they do not achieve the point of sale performance promised) I was not happy at being ripped off like this as it is not inside Victorian consumer law for services (refund must be provided for service that does not provide performance indicated at time of sale). Absolutely do not recommend this place as they operate outside Australia consumer law. Feel free to contact me to resolve it (despite your manager failing to understand basic consumer rights In Victoria) with my email on file if you want to, otherwise do not recommend anyone to go to a place that does not respect their consumers rights!

Great experience, very professional, modern laser - i have been for capillary treatment before and this was very quick and less pain than before... really happy with the service.... first consult and zap is more, and they tag on some cream which adds to the price... but it helps healing.... then the follow up zaps.... are very good price.... will go back again... book in advance as they tend to be busy.
