Very knowledgeable group of professionals. I know Dr Ellen Ma is a very caring and professional dermatologist who wants to give her patients the best outcome possible. I see her for a few reasons and have been very satisfied with what was achieved.

Worst Dermatology for dark skin patient. All dermatologist are world worst that only knows how to collect money from patients. I would highly recommend to not to ever see Dr Philip Bekhor and his staff if you have a dark skin he and his staff has no solutions. Dr Bekhor told me that he will call me but he never did and when I called him he staff said he is busy. 

Ps: I waited over a year to see the worst doctor.

I went for consultation about itchy rashes on my face. Consulted Dr Ellen Ma, she suggested to do biopsy test, which she took skin sample and had a stitch. I then went back the following week for the test result. Result finding was not really convincing, which Dr Ellen said she was skeptical about it as well. My question now is then why do we need to pay for the test and I had to suffer the stitching for the test when it is not accurate? She then prescribed me cream and antibiotic. Second day after the cream and antibiotic, I had very serious reaction. Super dry, flaky peeling face and most importantly, it is PAINFUL and STING!!! I can even feel pain when i just wash with water! It sting until tears come out each time i shower. :( my whole face is ruined and I feel shame to walk out and even go to work! I have to wear a mask to cover my face! YES, it is that bad! After calling the clinic again yesterday, Doc advised me to stop the medication immediately and go back for another consultation. I had never expected that my face will be worse after going for treatment! :(
I am feeling VERY depress these few days, worrying about my face and suffering the pain. what doctor will advise is only SORRY, we try another medicine. Do you understand the PAIN and the EMOTIONAL impact that I have to go through? You can never recuperate the emotional trauma i have to go through. I spent money for consultations, even paid for the medication and now I will have to throw the medication away after just two times usage? I sent my kids to school and I have to walk face down, avoid looking at anybody, and hide at one corner, not talking to anybody because I am feeling so UGLY and HORRIBLE!!! Look at the pic of part of my face. it is that bad! I had lost my confidence with you. I don't know what should i do now!

I had several dermapen treatments at the laser dermatology practice and have nothing but glowing feedback to give. The dermatologist who provided initial advice was professional, courteous and thorough, and the nurses were exceptional, putting me at ease about the treatment. The treatment itself was a breeze - didn't feel a thing! Highly recommend, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I rang up asking the price of eyebrow tattoo removal cost for my mother. The receptionist said they can't give prices over the phone and a nurse can provide a quote if we come in for a consult. I asked if the consult is free of charge. The receptionist said yes it is.

So I took my mother to find out the cost for tattoo removal.  At the end of the consult, they said they can't remove the tattoo. But the upsetting part was they charge her $25 for consultation fee! Even though they initially said a quotation is for free. 

Not only they couldn't provide the service, they rip us off $25! What an absolute waste of time. I wish they were honest. They blame the receptionist error when I query the $25 fee. Very poor service for absolutely nothing.
