I started attending Unique Laser 4 years ago and had Holly who was very professional and knowledgeable. I saw improvements straight away. During Covid management and the team slightly changed and I had some really bad experiences with multiple team members customer service as well as being burnt. I was terrified to go back, but as I still had prepaid packages I decided to give it another go. I was welcomed back by Holly, her personable customer service is outstanding, it's like hanging out with a friend and I get major results that I've been wanting!! They’re gone. Under reno to become another shop. Wasted a hell lot of my time. First submitted my details for enquiry through their website and had no response. Then tried their online chat and someone got back to me via sms. Said they would pass my details to Doncaster for them to ring me or I could call them. No one called so I called them but got the voicemail every time. Sms person said I could also book a patch test online which I did and provided my credit card details. 48hours prior to my appointment I also received a reminder sms.  So I was at Westfield today day before my actual appointment and thought I pop in to have a chat. Was shocked that the directory led me to this construction site. Checked with concierge and confirmed that they’re gone. SMSed them again wanted to ensure I won’t be charged for no show and it’s completely crickets this time.  I don’t understand why they led me through all these hassle instead of telling me they’re closing down. So irresponsible I’m literally fuming!

I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your laser & facials. Save your money and time.  When unique laser first opened it was amazing! I loved all the girls, they went out of their way to help you rather than sell you the products. Since then, the manager at the Doncaster store specifically has changed and it has gone downhill. All of the original girls have left. I have walked out of two facials which I have been getting for two years with NO issues and waking up to bruise like marks and scratches on my face.  The service is terrible and if I could give 0 stars I would.  They have a generic reply to google reviews updating my review after they replied. They  have been in contact for the past few weeks and they refuse to give you your money back even if it is under Australian Consumer Law, I will have to take it further.  Be warned!

Laser hair removal can make you anxious, but the staff at Unique Laser Doncaster will always make you feel at ease - making your laser appointment an enjoyable one! I have had Lauren for all of my laser treatments for about a year now. Thank you Lauren for welcoming me, making me feel comfortable and giving me great results. You are amazing! With competitive pricing and great promotions, it's hard to look elsewhere! With results showing just after three sessions, I will always recommend Unique Laser Doncaster to anyone I speak to!

I have been going to Unique Laser Doncaster for laser hair removal for just over six months. Very happy with the service and results. I look forward to my sessions with Amy, who is wonderful, a wealth of knowledge and does such a good job. I always feel at ease and welcomed by Zoe and the girls. I have previously had laser sessions on different areas at a different clinic which was far more expensive. The results at Unique Laser are of the same standard but the pricing is unbeatable and has meant I can get additional areas treated. Highly recommend!!

I was very nervous about getting laser hair removal. The team made me very comfortable when booking in and then I had my first consult with Holly and she explained everything and made me feel more relaxed. Holly is amazing and has also helped with my skin care. I would recommend UniqueLaser to anybody who asks as it was the best decision I’ve made and the results are awesome

Had the best experience at unique laser last week. It was my first session and I was worried and skeptical. But during my consultation with Amy she explained everything in complete detail to me. She taught me how laser works with the hair, and what to expect. I got full legs bikini and underarms, and already Iv noticed some hairs falling out. I'm so pleased I made the leap. I really enjoyed my session i felt so comfortable with Amy. Absolutely adored her. I recommended this clinic to all my friends. Great place. :

Amazing!!! The girls at Unique Laser are very professional, friendly and welcoming. I was feeling nervous going in to have my first  treatment but Zoe was fantastic!!! She talked me through the process and made it as comfortable and painless as possible. Results have been exactly what i was hoping for  I highly recommend Zoe and staff for all your laser and skin treatment needs!

Had a facial done with Lauren and she is amazing, my skin has never looked so fantastic! Lauren is very polite and professional. Very happy with the treatments, and at a great price. Will never go to another laser clinic again, the CURRENT staff are incredible. I recommend Lauren to everyone, perfect person to calm the first time laser fears.

I was nervous going into the clinic without knowing what to expect. The staff has great customer service and made me feel comfortable. Zoe is my is my clinician and she is absolutely amazing, she's always happy and has a bubbly personality. I saw results after the first session and I would 100% recommend Unique Laser.
