Nowhere online does it say you are closed on the 29th. Ive just walked in the blazing sun to pick up my parcel to find that its closed for no reason other than "its, like, new years...and stuff". Today is NOT a public holiday, and everywhere online says you are open. What a waste of my time. How are people supposed to know you are closed before wasting their efforts coming in? 1 star. This is bad customer service.
