The guy at the counter was so helpful! I asked him about name changes application for passports. He said to look online, which said to fill out another normal application for a passport from the post office.I feel like this is basic information he should know, so as to not waste customer's time.

The staff here have always been incredibly friendly and helpful towards me. As this is my local pickup spot, they learn to know who I am for a smoother parcel pickup service.

Poor service provided by some staff who are almost rude and abrupt at times. In busy periods, you are expected to lineup on the footpath outside the shop. Only go there if desperate.
