I went to this office with my partner for her to take the road rules test. However, a useless at counter 2 on that day I guess, well explained the impossibilities of taking the test and sent us away without even asking us to take a seat. Fortunately, we visited another TMR office in Toowoomba City the same day, and my partner passed the test on her first attempt.nI also found other customers are also facing rude behaviour from this office..nNot deserve even a star
What a disgrace!nNo seats left in the waiting area so people are left standing outside and three staff working at the counters. In over 40min those 3 staff were still working with the same people so no one else was being seen. However, once I did see someone, the lady was very friendly and helpful at counter 5. Just need to work on the wait times.
I had a complicated registration transfer to submit in difficult circumstances a deceased estate issue. I was helped by three ladies including one who seemed to be in a floating supervisory role who were all incredibly kind and helpful, even going beyond what I was asking for. It was excellent customer service all round.
Visited today for licence renewal. Service was quick and efficient. Girl at counter 1 at 11 am was very nice.
I had to take two driving tests recently and found the staff here very professional and a completely different experience to what I’d previously had through TMR. Both assessors were very professional and clearly explained mistakes I made in a kind and friendly way.
