Super helpful and friendly. I did 2 passport applications through them (1 for me, 1 for my daughter) and they made it so easy. One picture was rejected (that they took) and they did it again on the spot and fast tracked the new picture along with their systems paperwork so it was processed ASAP. Would deal again anytime. Thanks.

The missed delivery slip said this post office would be open till 6.30pm. Which I thought was amazing since that would allow a person who works a standard 9-5 job to collect their missed deliveries. So fantastic! Not the case. It was shut when I arrived at 6.15pm... seriously, either fix your delivery cards or stay open!

This place is a joke. Worst customer service ever. The tracking show it is sitting at the post office waiting for collection. The old man went looking for 3 times and say he can't find it. I call you tomorrow if it arrives. Come back tomorrow. Pathetic post office.

Worst customer service, routinely takes a minimum of three trips out the back to find a parcel whilst being shunted to the next staff member who is already "serving" someone else. Was told that they didn't have my parcel only to return the next day and after another half hour run around, they found it.

Worst customer service by the old man who works there. Absolutely horrible, he needs to retire and never set foot into any situation where someone needs help.
