Absolutely shocking.nI’m pregnant and had a heavy package of cat litter arrive 20kgs to be exact. I asked to be assisted to my car by either providing me with a trolley or have one of the male workers carry it out. She refused and told me that everyone was busy when there wasn’t a single other customer in the store. Absolutely horrible service especially after the new owners had taken over. I told the lady serving me that it’s completely unfair not being able to get any assistance and she continued to tell me “I carried it to the bench with no help so you should be find just calm down”, absolutely inconsiderate.
The driver didn’t attempt a delivery, nor leave the package or a slip. They also didn’t scan the parcel as awaiting collection and after launching an enquiry found this out 8 days after the package had been delivered.
They sent a message and a mail saying come collect your package. Went there to collect, they told me the mail says 4pm. Fair. Just as I am leaving I got a mail saying “your package is ready to collect”. I turn back and ask again, they told me without even looking at the mail or my package “we can’t find your package now, leave and come back at 4pm”nnIf you send a message saying your package is ready to collect, I expect to be able to collect my package. Auspost has the worst customer service of all delivery methods.
Not to bad most times percriptions not easily found and very lucky l know what brand and how much I'm percribed a little disappointed as this is so important as my health is at risk pharmacists have very good knowledge of medical needs and very happy to help and support you with very great information they hand down to you with a lovely smile even on the hottest day's I have only 2 of a hand full of lady staff who handles the front desk who at all times seem to overly love their job and go over the top and out of their way to help and manage to always do their best to put a smile on your face the rest of front desk staff are very miserable with aditude and make sure you have the feeling of if not for boss man Mathew entering Sable pharmacy Coburg would never be on the adjender to enter at owns risk Mathew is quick to avoid any ill negatively feeling and I'm sure he has had words with these negative staff members but Matt being Mathew always from time to time deals with such people every day but always looks up at all people and is never judgmental and always see's and points out the good in all no matter what the situation even though my greiving over loosing my husband and near giving up hope and near falling over this beautiful man held me up to the point of assisting in helping me stand so tall now I bang my head on my own cupboards and it's impossible for me to fall again not just a great pharmacist but one of the greatest man with one of the greatest hearts and always willing to listen which aids in his ability to solve issues and problems if you don't listen how can you understand in doing the good work that he does in his pharmacy five plus stars super glued on Mathew's big head after reading this post l will write a book on this is your life next thank you guys for being you and being available to all you give l just hope Matt pays you guys enough for his authority of being the boss as one great man comes with great ways of redirecting with strong powerful speech of fixing and putting things into perspective on making things work and dealing with things the right way especially if you are disrespectful and in the wrong thanks for being you and developing a wonderful service l think I've covered everything with saying l hope l receive a free delivery this week
The customer service here is shocking! Been here a few times now and I leave the place feeling like I’m a hindrance to them every time! This is the Karen’s diner of post offices! Unfortunately you can’t change your post office
