She is the rudest most unhelpful person I’ve ever met! I went in there today for the first time, had never read the previous reviews and was so shocked, I wanted to see if I was the only person who felt this way. Clearly I’m not the only one! Very unhelpful and not willing to try to assist. She should not be allowed to represent Australia Post. I will be making a formal complaint, for what it’s worth!

I find all the negative reviews pretty strange? I saw them before I was using post office for the first time but when I got there, the woman was really nice! Ever since everyone who has served me has been really polite and absolutely fine.

The woman who owns the worst post office in Australia is by far one of the rudest people I have have the dispelsure of speaking to. I have had to phone this post office many times to address mistakes and either the phone isn't answered or says that it is engaged for HOHRS. I had to call once starting trying at 2:30 come 5pm I still hadn't gotten through and they were closed??!?! This woman talks over you constantly, barates me, sometimes screaming at me for no reason and the mouth on this women is unbelieveable. She is unhelpful, unreasonable and down right rude to the bone- every experience I have had with her has left me stressed, upset and today in tears. I do not deserve the abuse I have received. If you want your parcel transferred too bad! Because when you ask she screams at you WHY? WHY? Why can't you come and get it- I tell her it's not really any of your business and is not relevant she tells you that she doesn't have time and she won't do it. Needless to say I will be writing a formal complaint to Australia post as her conduct is appalling. Avoid this post office at all costs for the sake of your mental health.

I have never been spoken to so rudely as I have by the woman working at this place. If you aren't a people person you shouldn't be in customer service!! I will be getting all my packages sent elsewhere as the service and the attitude I got from this woman was absolutely disgusting.

I like the people in there :) the woman was always very friendly and helpful when I've been in. Not sure what sort of experience other people had... but it hasn't been mine.
