We've just bought our first caravan at Winchester Caravans and we are delighted with the service provided throughout from their very friendly and knowledgeable team. James and Peter helpfully and efficiently dealt with our requests for additional accessories during the sales process. The caravan was immaculately presented on handover day, and Kevin and Zoe took great care to patiently explain the finer caravan operating details, which was all very reassuring to us newbies. They were also quick to respond in after sales with Richard resolving my heating system queries user error on my part!. Highly recommended for your caravan, motor home or camper van needs.

So after a decision to buy a new caravan we looked at many dealers across the south When we arrived here the welcome was exemplary so our decision was easily made During this pandemic lockdown they went the extra mile and delivered our new van to our storage facility They have also been very very helpful with some snagging issues on the new van I really can recommend this business to anyone considering a new van Many thanks go to Luke ,Lucy,Trevor and of course the ever helpful James

Will keep coming back, bought 2 caravans now with Winchester caravans and used the after care service. Would highly recommend, honest reliable, upfront with costs on servicing or repairs or which are reasonably priced. Lovely staff, James and Peter very helpful. If we need to update again, this will be our first port of call

Positive Dealer Experience Post We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to the wonderful staff at Winchester Caravans. We experienced an excellent level of customer service, courtesy and a thoroughly professional attitude from the moment we rang to enquire about a motorhome, agreeing on the deal, fulfilling our additional requests, and all the way through to picking it up today. We had regular phone updates from Peter in Sales who was excellent, Tom was exceptionally informative during the motorhome handover, and the new technician was great looking after our dogs while we did the handover. We could not fault the superb service we experienced from the staff who dealt with our motorhome purchase - they were all awesome, and made the whole process so easy, stress free and enjoyable.
Picked up our Base camp 2 today from Winchester Caravans.. a big shout out to Kevin for his patience and detailed handover in the scorching heat, Zoey for the cookies, and Peter for pre sales… nothing was too much bother … highly recommended customer service .. thank you!
We picked up our new Swift Challenger 560 from Winchester Caravans today. I would like to say a massive thank you to all at Winchester Caravans for making our purchase a pleasure from beginning to end. Everyone seems to do that little bit extra to help. A great team. Thank you all again.
