What an exciting feeling when you purchase a brand new car. The team here were great to work with. Denys was attentive and made us feel overall like we were VIP. He let me test drive cars without batting an eye, or requesting a deposit, gave me a full run down, explained what we get with our new purchase, the features, everything. We originally had 2 other car dealers to visit after leaving here but I was really happy with the experience, I had already made up my mind. It was a done deal as far as I was concerned. I ordered some accessories including the perfection diamond pack highly recommend spending that little extra getting this - thank me later 72 hours later I picked up my beautiful new wheels... special mention to Nikita. Thank you for all the work you did behind the scenes.... and to other car dealers that assumed I'm broke, I'm lost, didn't bother coming out to speak to me, or your cars were out of my price range.... your loss [insert laughing face emoji here]

I sent a web enquiry through mmnz website after hours and Steve Hampson reached out to me early the next morning and told me about the run out promotion they were having on the Outlander. Sent photos and links of the car and we had a deal! Went in the next morning for a quick test drive and chat with Steve and we decided we liked the Black blacked out version a lot more so the sale agreement had to be updated again. Think we had to amend it like 3 times as I added accessories to it next too. Apologies to your finance girl Joss ^^ 5 days later and 2 days earlier than expected, Steve sent a text letting me know my new car was ready with a photo. As we were trading in my old car as well, Steve made the process super easy and all I had to do was sent him a couple of photos and that was also sorted with a reasonable price. Steve along with my finance broker made purchasing a car such a breeze and basically everything was conducted with ease over the phone, by text or email. I have just texted Steve again yesterday to help arrange installation of extra accessories at the one month checkup. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve at all, am super super happy with my new car!!!

Steve was fantastic. Easy to deal with. Steve made it such and easy process as we had to travel to the yard and was dealing with us remotely. Also zoey was a great help. Will be back one day.

Bought our first new car here. The Eclipse Cross PHEV. Matt gave us great value and freebies. High value trade-in too. Phil took over when Matt resigned and honoured the deal. We were waiting for our residence Visa to come through and Jolandi the Sales Manager was kind enough to hold the car for us as we are unable to proceed with finance. Zoey the finance manager helped us by giving other alternative to choose from. She is very efficient in her work. In the end all works out well. If you want to get the best deal and some freebies just mentioned my name to their boss Jolandi or her assistant Phil.

Steve in the showroom has been an absolute delight to deal with! Helpful & friendly and still makes you feel like an individual even though he is under the pump with several hundred! other customers. Will recommend his service to everyone I know looking for a vehicle!
