Alan, thanks so much for coming out and sorting out my Honda Accord. The electrics kept on cutting out while I was driving and when I asked numerous mechanics, nobody was sure and could only offer expensive diagnostics. Alan came to the house, tested it and sorted it out straight away. Great service and very efficient. Thanks again Alan, I'll be in touch if anything goes wrong in the future. Mike

Total CRAP service provider - $1100 and15 months later and I'm advised the unit is faulty, no sound, no screen and need to purchase a whole new unit at another $1100. 12 month warranty so not my problem but have a great day he reckons. Won't even look at it. Just sent some update SD card that was to miraculous cure no sound and no screen.

Alan gives excellent customer service. My navigation system was fitted before I even knew it. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend Alert Auto Electrical.

Alan is very knowledgeable, helpful and considerate, with excellent communication. I highly recommend contacting him if you've got a Jap stereo you'd like sorted out! My experience has been top shelf, and he'll be my first call next time.
