Peter took the time to explain the process in great detail. He made our vehicle purchase very smooth and easy. We have purchased vehicles before but this experience was very professional and outstanding. We definitely recommend Manukau Nissan if you are looking to buy your next vehicle.
Joe O'Neil set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment we reached out with a brief inquiry, he was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking us through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and our satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about the vehicle, unlike most used lots. Worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget and overall a great guy. Definitely coming back here again. Peter Griffin was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. Very genuine and passionate about his work. More than willing to help us find the best vehicle, specifically tailored to our needs and helped us explore various options for financing. Customer attentiveness and communication at the counter was good 2 ladies and the car was available at the requested time of completion, thanks. Would have to say though that the price of a service while discussed at the outset seemed to me to be exorbitant. As I was already at the service appointment and had travelled from Tauranga, I reluctantly accepted it, but would think twice before having the car serviced here again, given the high cost 2-2.5 times what it costs elsewhere. I also had to query the spark plugs cost on the final invoice which were in fact NOT replaced so the invoice cost was then reduced - there seems to be a breakdown in what the mechanics 'actually' do and what is invoiced, so I would recommend that the Service Dept look at the internal communication system they have. Its not good when customers are overcharged when already the cost of the service is so high. Thank you.
Great experience with all the Nissan Staff. Helpful , friendly and free coffee while you wait. Got me back home after my vehicle was dropped off then arranged my pick up once it was ready. All done the same day and all done while already under alot of work pressure. All done at an amazing price as well. Thanks Nissan for an amazingly pleasent experience. Keep up the great work.
WARNING! Be very careful with them! Booked online appointments numerous times even emailed but they never replied. Took car there in person last week but told to rebook in office and bring car next day, waste of time and petrol. Next morning Mr Foreman-Mechanic looked at loose door handle in less than 5mins and charged $86 without my knowledge. Tall receptionist called me, explained the situation: 4-6 weeks wait on part and total cost. She handed me the keys and to my shock the $86 bill. I refused, firstly: I wasn't told in the beginning, secondly $86 just to check door handle in less than 5mins is ridiculous. I requested to speak to two well dressed men, Mr foreman from mechanic area and his Manager in office and... BILL WAS CANCELLED! Thankfully my car door handle was fixed the same day by a different mechanic at much less cost. Be very careful with their charges and endure shopping around for better deals & an honest Mr foreman.
Hello! I’d like to share my experience in your shop. I visited Nissan-Manukau to inquire about pair of wipers for my Nissan-Sylphy. I have zero knowledge about cars and I was expecting recommendations and suggestions from one of your team. Upon arriving to the shop I was not greeted by the guy sitting in the desk, he was just looking at me like I’m a bothersome person.I inquired about what I need to buy, he said “I need your car registration” and stated the price of the product. With no explanations or whatsoever with confusion in my face and annoyance. The nice lady in the back office came out to explain about the wipers and how to replace them for next time. I was really surprised on how this guy behave at work. He is the face of your business and he represents your company. How can someone just sits there and stare at the customer. He looked so lazy and so over his job. I will never return to your shop, I rather buy genuine parts somewhere else.
Buying a car from Manukau Nissan has to been, one of the worst experience's I have ever had. While the sales team were fabulous, the service after that was shocking. No one gets back, with any information when we have asked for it. Our problems with the car were never fixed and resulted in us having to buy another car at extra cost. Zara give 100% in customer service, real shame the rest of the team, dont. I wouldnt and will not ever, recomend, that anyone buys a car from you.

Joe and Peter, what top blokes. Didn't go in intending to want or to purchase a ute. It had been a long day dealing with salesman in other yards, but with Joe's non pushy, no bs and a relaxed approach, I was grateful. Peter in finance was awesome, he made everything easy and his customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend both guys and will definitely be back in the future.
I would not recommend Manuakau Nissan, we purchased x2 2018 Nissan Pathfinders & we have had nothing but recalls on them, when they were taken to Nissan, we'd pick them up to be told they don't have the parts for the recall to re-book, the service on them is over-priced, the final straw is taking it to them December 22 to fix the drivers window, when I picked it up they told me I need a regulator and this was going to cost roughly $300 - $400 and a 6-8 week wait for the part, I was charged $130 for looking at it. Part was ordered in December 22. The car has been parked up in garage because the window drops down since December 22. I called them 31 January 23 to enquire about part, they forgot to order it and I have to wait another 6-8weeks. Not good enough Nissan!!, the vehicle isn't over 5 years old and under 100k's. I don't usually write bad reviews, but people need to be aware of the service you provide. It I could rate no star I would.
