Super Happy with our purchases and Installation! My husband and I came in yesterday, asked if we could have a head unit and amp installed with our sub we already had. The man came looked, checked out how much power our sub was and advised us of the products in store. Today, even tho we were late for our booking, they still managed to be professional and finish the same day. Showed me how to connect to everything, the different buttons etc. So professional & affordable. Thabk you so much, we will be back to install smaller speakers
Very good experience and service. I took my ute here and told about my requirements, they gave me all the options and recommendations. Vehicle was ready on the day advised by the owner. All work done to the highest standards. Received after sale call to check if I am happy with it. Highly recommend for all your audio, radar, camcorder and other accessories. Thanks again
I went and bought a sub and amp combo. Ok the day i asked the guy at the counter if i could install it myself and if it would still be under warranty. He then said yea its fine and showed me the wiring kit i needed. Now i am having problems and they say they wont help me unless i pay them labour. as you can see from other reviews it doesn’t seem like they are very good at installing reviews
The owner is helpful and knowledgeable, the wiring up was done good but the finished result not good. The installer needs to pay more attention to way he finishes the job. Wiring tucked away, taped up nicer and volume down.
Had got my parking sensors changed and sound system enhanced.. Overall decent place to get all ur car electrically sound related work done. Reviewing again for today’s work.. Excellent amount of professionalism by Surjeet. Keep it up man and the way you diagnosed the problem dat was amazing.. Highly recommended.
These guys are the best at what they do and I highly recommend them!!! I got my Audi system replaced, added a reverse cam, hands-free kit and I'm super happy with it!!! Got the best advice, service and quality for the best price! If you're looking for the perfect system and sound, give these guys a chance and you won't be disappointed! Thanks for the amazing service guys!
Helpful and to the point staff. Bought new head deck with install. I had no appointment, but guys there catered to me. Was offered a courtesy car to drive during stereo install. Happy with service and pricing.
Had my audio system installed maybe a year ago and after taking my car for servicing, they got back to me and said I had to take my car back to the place I got it installed it because the wiring was very bad. So they ended up unhooking the power cable and also the amp. I called Sound Solution and asked them if they could reinstall it, make sure wiring is okay, was charged $150 after the did it. Went for another service this year and the issue wasn’t fixed. It was worse than last time. I didn't know how serious the issue was until they told me the power supply amp from my battery to the amp was burnt. Burnt because it had been wired under and my vehicle and next to the area of the muffler where it gets really hot. I'm just honestly glad nothing serious happened to my vehicle or anyone who could have been driving it.**photos attached**
Would highly recommend sound solutions. I went in with limited knowledge of what I needed, they were so helpful and supplied me with the perfect solution for my classic car. Thanks a lot guys - super happy with my purchase.
