Had the best experience! Kelley really went out of her way to help me sorting out finance. Mark was amazing helping us choose the right vehicle and Malcolm was a delight all round. Samantha Thompson helped me out from the Manukau branch! I can't enough how well I was treated! I had been tossing up between a Honda Vezel and a Subaru XV and Sam was so lovely and accommodating. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into anything and she was very patient with me : ended up purchasing the Vezel and the rest of the team made the whole process easy as! Will definitely be my go to if I ever need another car.
Can I please praise how amazing the Budget car staff are, special mention to Sam & Kelley . I've been a customer of there's for many years. I show up in my mazda a to my surprise Sam & Kelley recognised my plates. Sam asked the right questions in order to find me the perfect car, she wasn't sales pushy but very professional in really understanding what I wanted. Then I was lead to the wonderful Kelley who was so lovely, as I has no idea it was going to happen immediately. This was truly a early Christmas present for me. Kelley sorted everything promptly even the guys installed the screens. The whole team went above and beyond. So a huge thank you to you all. I will be back and recommending others. Truly grateful.
