The Manager is very pushy with making a sale and will not let you test drive a vehicle unless you have been approved for finance! The Manager kept saying it’s company policy. Took my sale elsewhere to a well known and organised company and sale was made! Test drove the vehicle with no questions before getting approved for finance.

Called up helping someone about the need for autosure sold with a car. Steven told me in no short words I was a horrible person and kept over-talking. Certainly not a professional outlook for this business. Using hard sell tactics. I thought the car industry had been cleaned up of this bad behavior. Certainly wouldnt recommend going here to buy your next car.
Car was water damaged somehow and now stinks of mould every day, further inspection the front had accident damage also, the bumper doesnt line up and now rubs on the front guard panel causing it to lose paint around the joins

SACHIN PATEL - was our sales person and we had a 10 outta 10 would recommend experience with him. He listened to our needs, tried to help us when we wanted something specific. He was also very personable & super approachable when you had questions. Went in to this branch to potentially trade in a lexus for a ute. The salesman my partner dealt with offered 25k for the car, after a discussion my partner agreed to getting a ute. Then he changed his mind saying he doesn't want the car. When we asked why he said 'a car is harder to sell then a ute'. So basically he wanted us to buy a ute without trading my vehicle. In what backwards world does a salesman not try to make a sale, especially for a 40k ute. Then proceeded to tell me to go to Turners and hope for the best. If you want go for a trade in, don't even bother wasting your time coming here. To the tall indian salesman we dealt with, if you're reading this, not everyone has surplus money to buy a second car, so obviously trade in is the only option.
Just bought a beauty Holden off this bunch today. Normally this would be a pain but this time it was easy, relaxed, and stress free.The staff there are friendly but don't hover like vultures. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff seem like ordinary people who just want to do good by you. I was looked after by sales rep Martin Kennedy, a down to earth guy who made the whole experience a breeze and won me over as a client who will definitely be back. If your car company is not an RMVT then your not getting the best deal.
