Small shop decorated with its quirks. It has quite a variety of items on the menu with savoury food as well. But have only ordered the sweets there. The presentation is well done. Great effort put into it. However the flavours are not quite there. The Thai milk tea waffles are really thick and bit dry. Need a lot of sauce to finish them. It's quite a big portion to make it worth the price. It's basically a meal itself. Popcorn was stale. And I don't know what that piece of stale thin cracker looking thing was.. It was inedible. The strudel creme brulee was interesting invention, but very little strudel bit. Flavour is not bad at least. The taro ice cream was delicious. But the donuts were so dry and unpleasant to eat. A big hit and miss with the menu items.. But they look like they make good birthday cakes.
Desserts have beautiful presentation however the flavours are slightly lacking. I had the Apple Strudel Creme Brulee however the Apple flavours didn't come through very well. On a busy Saturday night after dinner we waited an hour for our order.
The dessert was good but nothing to brag about. Very aesthetic presentation. Everything other from the ice cream was kind of room temperature which felt abit weird to eat it was a very warm summer day. I came very early so it's was very relaxing and quiet, so an extra star for the nice relaxing atmosphere
It was a bad experience for me and my partner, we came to celebrate her birthday, we plan to have a happy ending for the birthday at this shop, but it did not happen. We ordered a taro dessert and a popcorn chicken, the dessert was good, but the chicken was terrible, we reckoned the chicken has spoiled and had a wired taste, so we could not finish all of them, it was my first time to waste food as I could not swallow it from my throat. I hope I will not get sick from the chicken I ate. I will not go back anymore.
Presentation of the dishes speak for themselves... A good spot if you want to try new desserts and flavour combinations... Great ambience and decor to hang out with friends and family.
The desserts look amazing. Lots of effort taken to present them perfectly. Unfortunately the moffle is tasteless really. It's beautiful and colourful but only tasted sugar. The desserts ordered by my friends also looked appealing and they enjoyed them. There are vegan/vegetarian options which is a plus. Nice atmosphere, colourful and quirky. The savoury menu is limited but I guess most people go there for the treats. Prices were reasonable. Service was fairly quick.
Absolutely phenomenal! Food was delicious, staff were friendly and the place itself was such a cosy environment :
Food is good, but the Asian waitress with short hair is rude. she is weird, never smiles, impatient, and acts like I’m her enemy.
We went to have dessert here after dinner. cashier/waitress was not happy that we were there with a toddler 20 months. Firstly no high chair and I was holding our baby. When we went to order a dessert. She said we need to order two desserts from the menu for 3 people. So we went again and ordered 2 desserts. Later she came back and said we need to order 4 desserts for 3 adults and a 20 month old toddler. We went around 8.30 so not really closing time. It’s just the waitress was not happy to take our order and we have to leave. We will not recommend this place to anyone. Worst customer service ever.
We ordered chef’s table and cocktail on Thursday night. It came with small portions of few their signature desserts. They are all tasty with balanced sweetness and beautiful aroma. Definitely will go next time. Hopefully soufflé pancake will be available next time.
