Cabbage, potato and sausage, you can be sure of it! Meat and two veg philosophy, don’t count on it!

Bigos & pierogi, if these two words mean nothing to you, Borsch Café WILL surprise.

Brought to you by Ewa & Tom – A mother and son duo that have called Australia home since 1988.

Coffee was good but they don't do breakfast. Apparently it's a lunch place? Messaging was very unclear. Visited at 10am on a Wednesday.
Nice looking place with a pleasant on street dining area.
Unfortunately I've experienced big disappointment. Food we got wasn't even average. Schnitzel was terrible . I'm originally from Poland and I know what I'm talking about. Overpriced as well. Only one polish beer to choose from is a joke. Giving 2 stars as service was polite.
Exceptional pierogi with fantastic service. You must try.
Small but exceptional menu of Polish delights. Really enjoyed the crepe croquettes and the cured trout. The smalec was lovely and meaty while the pierogies were middling but nice to see them on a menu.
It was closed. No mention on Facebook or their page. We were looking forward to trying the pierogi too :
Delicious homemade style food. The staff were so welcoming and warm. It would be great if they had some music playing for added ambience.
Google, the sign writing on the door and even the answer machine says this place is open from 5pm on Saturday. Turned up at 5, nothing, lights off, no one around. Waited till 5:30, still nothing, gave up. When you call the phone number on the door you can hear it ring empty inside the premises. What happened?
For the food quality - overpriced. Besides Borsch, which in fact didn't taste like Ukrainian one, the rest didn't come good. Prices don't match the quality. The service is nice, but that doesn't help much when food is different.
Awesome place... Comfort food, great beer....
