Usually very busy but the staff are still friendly and take their time, nice!

Promised to be taken care of, but once we left the bank, nothing was done, when I tried to call the branch, the number were directed to call center, told me I had to go to the branch. Total time waster.

Worst branch ever always waiting in queue. And i get promised they would call me in one hour and never did While waiting i went to anz and opened an account and they still didn't call useless staff Always understaffed for the last 4-5 years been the same and never been resolved

Bloody slow service over here, waiting 40 minutes to verify myself so I can open a share trading account. Other customers coming in after me were helped before me. No apology from staff for the long waiting time either. And to top it off the lady helping me tried to offer a credit card to me even though that was completely uncalled for.
