Awesome helpful team. Very happy that we've moved to TSB. Didn't make an appointment, was happy to wait & still they apologised as if it were their fault. Very thorough, made sure we were well informed.

I'm not sure why this bank branch doesn't have great reviews. I've always been greeted with friendly and efficient service when I opened my actual account, when I've called for bank details and when I've had questions. Glad to have a branch nearby!

Was appalled by the service, not once but TWICE. I come to the mall quite frequently and exchange my cash notes into smaller notes and coins from other banks like ANZ and ASB. Not once, they ask me before my exchange whether I bank with them. TSB on the other hand, on two occasions ask me whether I bank with them, and they refused to exchange my notes JUST BECAUSE I am not their bank customer. You better step up with your game because whatever your tactics are... that is not how you treat other customers.
