Some of the workers here dont know what good customer service is. Ive been coming here over the years and I would only get once in a blue moon good customer service from a few specific workers. Today really made me hot headed when I entered their branch requesting a bank statement starting from 2016 to 2017 for my lawyer. The lady who served me told me with an attitude that I can print it out online with a frown on her face and not only that but she did not print out my statement like how I asked starting from 2016. The whole time I felt uncomfortable, angry and dissappointed at the service I was getting. If a customer comes in demanding a bank statement, do your job instead of telling us with an ugly attitude that we should print it online. Not everyone has internet, a printer or your stamp to authenticate the statement!
