Terrible quality handles. Had a new bathroom installed with cabinet handles from Artia. After 18 months the lacquer coating started to discolour on all handles. Contacted Artia an advised their was only a 12 month warranty. For the price of them the warranty should have been longer. Even Bunnings cheap handles offer better warranty support than this. Best shop with a more reputable company  UPDATE TO ARTIA’S RESPONSE Cleaning chemicals?? Only wiped with a cloth and water No other handles we have from other companies have deteriorated like these. I think its a quality issue, not a user issue. Thanks for your offer but I’ll pass on the free samples

Artist in Launceston, Tas. was not what I expected, and I was somewhat disappointed. The sales person didn't seem to have much knowledge on the products I was looking for and I would be hesitant to go back there in the future.
