Our shopping experience was easy, no pressure, we knew what we wanted which was a full bathroom fitout. The items are of very good quality. Also the collection of goods was easy and efficient and all goods were carefully checked over.
We bought all our toilets and bathroom fittings from Thomastown Arova and had a really great experience.nThe quality of the products is excellent and everything looks amazing after installation. A big thank you to Alice – she was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She gave us lots of practical advice and made the whole process much easier.nWe’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone doing a bathroom renovation!
WARNING TO ALL! Our experience with Arova was extremely disappointing. Despite advertising warranty and consumer guarantee protections on their website, these were not honoured when we received a damaged product. I will never buy from Arova again.nnDespite their website stating in multiple places that customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are not of acceptable quality, they did not honour this policy in our case. Their website specifically states: “You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.” Unfortunately, this was not our experience.nnWe received our vanity stone with a chip on the radius. We purchased this item brand new for our bathroom renovation and expected it to arrive in new condition. Despite notifying Arova of the damage immediately, they refused to provide a refund, replacement, or return option.nnInstead, we were given the run-around for weeks while our renovation was delayed. We repeatedly explained that the delays were costing us money, yet the issue remained unresolved. Eventually, the only option they offered was to have the stone repaired locally. We were required to source and organise a repairer ourselves, despite receiving a damaged product.nnAlthough we were unhappy with this outcome, we agreed because we did not want to delay our renovation any further. We obtained multiple quotes and submitted the most reasonably priced one to Arova, only to be told they would not cover the full repair cost. As a result, we were forced to pay part of the repair bill out of our own pocket for damage that existed when the product arrived.nnIf you do not live in the same area as Arova, be aware that resolving issues with damaged products may be far more difficult than expected. In our case, we were left with no option but to accept a repair rather than a replacement, source the repairer ourselves, and still pay part of the repair cost out of our own pocket. We did not receive the brand-new, undamaged product we paid for, nor were we made whole financially.nnVery disappointing customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend purchasing from Arova based on our experience.
Keira was amazing- she was very prompt and knowledgeable of all the products that she sells. Highly recommend coming here. She was easy to deal with and made the buying process very easy. Good communication also. Shes the best, wouldn't go anywhere else!
Order was placed however was unable to be fulfilled, i was contacted immediately by Arova with an update to my order status and the delay time which was only minor. Once my order was ready for shipment, I was again contacted by Arova with an update and an apology. Customer service was honest, helpful, and quality of the product was excellent.
