I had a not so good customer experience. Charged for something that wasn't delivered. Chased up quite a bit and gave up on it. Please triple check the quote, pricing, what gets delivered etc and ensure you go to the shop and sort things out. Emailing didn't help much. The whole pergola build was nothing but drama, because of both incorrect / missed supplies and the builder I hired (not associated with Stratco).
