2 properties, 1 business and 5 vehicles I had insured through Arthur J Gallagher. I had 3 vehicles policies cancelled and 1 property policy under insured due to their hopeless attention to detail and disgraceful communication. Every request for documentation was delivered incorrectly and every request for return phone calls (3 in total) were not actioned. Upon the last time I called their office to discuss these discrepancies they were unapologetic and referred me to emails months prior that had incorrect details and thus had no point of reference; the insurance reps handling my account were woefully ineffective. I have since changed brokers and not only am I infinitely more impressed with the new company, my premiums on all policies went down significantly. My advice is to not go anywhere near Arthur J Gallagher.
