I'm in agreeance with some other reviewers although I unfortunately have a claim arising out of the early '17 cyclone. It is now January '18 and I haven't got a cent via Marsh for my loss of rent portion of my policy.

I normally don't leave negative reviews as I always feel it might be a one off experience. But with this company we suffered under their terrible client service that I felt I just had to leave a message to potentially help other companies that are looking for a prompt and friendly service. They lost our application, once found dragged out the application forever, not able to get in contact with them, if so the service is highly questionable, you are able to leave a call back message too bad no one actually calls back ever, etc etc. Wonder what happens if you actually have a claim?? Ugh!
