Extremely poor customer service from their receptionist who sent a key to the wrong address via courier but did not apologise, then resent the key to the right address in a normal envelope not registered post so they could not be signed for. Not a great idea to send restricted keys without having someone sign for it. Did she apologise? No.The key that arrived was in an envelope with nothing else in it, so us being an agent with multiple apartments in the same building, there was no way to identify the key, not even a with comps slip with a reference number, no invoice or order form attached or anything for that matter for reference. Did she apologise? No. She just sounded like she just didnt care, monotone voice with as little response to my questions as possible. I hope this review encourages management to support her retraining in customer service, as it sounded like she has been in the job far too long and has forgotten what a little bit of customer service is all about. Some sort of recognition of clients would go a long way, let alone an apology and god forbid a smile. Based on my phone call I doubt they will even care or respond to my review, as they know that clients/residents are forced to use them to order their keys, but if the next builder/architect on their next project is reading this, hopefully they will think twice about using Architrend key systems.
Had some locks rhat were plating up, Danny replaced them and everything is working fine
Everything has been perfect,, Cuality, services, friendly communication, imported products of first cuality everything with Class... Thankyou
