For a business who target older customers the BPay details on their bills are the smallest I've ever barely seen. I emailed them about this three years ago but meaningful change takes time; it may not happen in my lifetime and I'm not yet 65.

Apia claim to be for the senior’s in Australia.  In my experience they are far from that.  Not once since I have been with them have they got my insurance details correct, nor have they insured me for the correct amount.  To add insult to injury my insurance policy was cancelled due to non-payment, which I was not aware of.  This kind of greedy and incompetent insurance company is not for the seniors but purely for the shareholders.  Don’t let the smarmy ads and the bright talk fool you.  They are giving nothing away and taking as much as possible whilst doing as little as they can.

Apia my parents in law were paying $4500 a year with you for full insurance on there home and contence , how you ever came up with this quote is discusting, they are in there 80s and trusted you there new insurance is on $1650 per year , lucky we went through there insurences with them and discovered this, I would like a response please as this will be taken further

I have not been to APIA branch. But I have an insurance claim that is now 6 months old with no resolution. Not acceptable!!

Honest if you ask all the questions you want answered. Prompt service with kind staff. Value for money if on a tight budget. Never had a problem with this company.

Excellent. ALLIANZ renewal was going to be around $500 higher than APIA with an excess twice as high
