The most pleasant dental practises I have been to. Hats off to the 10/10 customer service by Rachel, Becky and Rachel! Super friendly and professional - they know how to take something that normally isn't pleasant and turn it into something good! Well done ladies.

Do not go here. And run if they assign you to Claire Adios.  I was randomly assigned to Claire when i  signed up with bupa. On my first visit I came in for a checkup and she informed me i had a small chip in my back tooth and should get it fixed. I have not experienced any discomfort  Fast forward 6mths to my routine hygiene visit still feeling great and she pushed me for the filling again. I asked are there any noninvasive methods since it was small and her immediate response was “no, i would have mentioned it already if there were”.  A week after she “fixed” my teeth, i started experiencing sensitivity in the area. The sensitivity worsened and I went to another dentist for a second opinion and turns out she caused an infection in the gums. The infection then spread to the tooth and caused the death of the nerve.  The whole ordeal cost over 2500£ including finding a specialist, root canal and a crown.

I was really nervous when I went to the clinic the first time. Dr Robson saw me for teeth infections and always made me feel heard and at ease. I really love going there. If you are scared of the dentist BUPA clinics will help you overcome it.

I had a great experience at the Bupa Dental Care in Soho. The booking over the phone was seamless I have Bupa dental insurance so had to call in to book. I spoke to the lead nurse, Rebecca, who was super nice and pleasant. The dentist, Claire, carried out an examination and took some x-rays. We looked at the x-rays together and discussed the best treatment plan and whether anything needed immediate attention or could go on the watch list. It was important to me that the dentist did not try to carry out a bunch of unnecessary work just for the sake of it. I also had a hygiene appointment with Stuart which was also very detailed and was carried out with care and some nice music in the background!. Denise, the receptionist printed off my treatment plan and was also very lovely. I'm going back.

Had to write a review for the wonderful service I’ve been given. The journey of the practice from start to finish has been at the highest standard, greeted on arrival by friendly staff  I was treated by Rachael and Becks who have been treating me since the start of my teeth journey. They’ve both been incredibly personable and approachable and made me feel safe and well taken care of. The work was explained to me so that I understood what I needed and how it would be done. The actual dentistry work they have done on my entire mouth has been at the highest standard and has genuinely been life changing for myself, I couldn’t praise these guys any higher!  If you live in London and you’re worried about finding a genuine dentist, please go here they’ll look after you how they have me. Thank you to everyone at the practice

Visiting the dentist is always an enjoyable experience. From the friendly reception team to seeing my dentist Rachael. Extremely professional, offering great advice with good care. Also have to give a shout out to Becky and Stuart who are both friendly and professional - would recommend coming to this Bupa, you are in safe hands!

Suffered a tooth infection that came out of no where last week. Leaving a review for Rachel and the other front desk nurse sorry can't remember your name! who looked after me because they were both amazing. Rachel in particular quickly found the root of the problem and was calming and sorted it promptly. Big thanks!! Would recommend.

It was great. I have managed to book my appointment promptly on same day. Also I have received one of the best dental care here in soho. Hygienist Stuart Campbell took great care to deal with my dental issues and suggested great tips to keep healthy dental routine. I will go back there again for my regular dental check ups. Keep up the good work guys!!!
